Comment
Developing brew ratio and method for Espro Press. Chose this coffee because of its distinct and refined personality. Drank a variety of extractions and benchmarked against Speakeasy’s Filtro, which was more lively that the brew that I had earlier in the day at Department. Overall, more citrus than either Filtro brew and the slightly increased body gave the coffee a reassuring solidness with good flavour clarity. With the method and ratio developing, this was the best French Press-style coffee I have drunk.
